Orders:
Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by us, or may be cancelled by you. Goods which are made to order cannot be cancelled by you once you receive confirmation of your order because these items will go in to production as a result of your order. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Cancelling your order:
Cancellations must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, pierced jewellery such as earrings, items of underwear. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by email or by telephoning us on 0208 591 7711 within 14 of receiving your goods.
All returned goods should be unworn and you should return goods to us in their original packaging (where possible) and with all tags still attached.
Please ensure that you use a tracked service for your return as we are unable to accept responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in the post. If goods are lost or damaged in transit you will need to liaise with the carrier.
